TuntuniBD delivers baby and kids products across Bangladesh through trusted local courier partners. Delivery availability can vary by destination, courier route, weather, holidays, and public-service interruptions.

Order Processing

Orders are usually reviewed after placement so we can confirm stock, delivery details, and payment status where required. If a product is unavailable or your delivery information needs clarification, our team may contact you before dispatch.

Delivery Time

Most confirmed orders are prepared and delivered within 2 to 5 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier route. Remote areas, high-demand campaigns, holidays, weather, or courier delays may require extra time.

Shipping Charge

Shipping fees are shown during checkout based on order value and delivery location. Promotional free shipping may apply to qualifying orders, such as orders above BDT 3,000 when available.

Order Accuracy

Please provide a correct phone number, full address, and delivery instructions. If courier delivery fails because of incorrect information, unreachable phone numbers, or missed delivery communication, redelivery may take additional time or cost.

Damaged or Missing Items

If a package arrives damaged or an item appears missing, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the packaging. Fast reporting helps us review the issue with the courier or fulfillment team.
